About the Journal

The Law and Context Journal (RCDT, in portuguese: "Revista Direito e Contexto") is published annually and has a continuous publication flow. With the aim of stimulating reflections, the magazine provides research and debate on the most important topics for Law in its most varied analytical perspectives. Thus, the Journal's mission is to create a democratic space for academic debate, guided by the excellence of scientific production, with a focus on the construction of legal knowledge committed to the transformation of social reality, encouraging grounded critical reflection, theoretical rigor and greater social justice.
